I s'pose I oughta own up really, why I have not been around much the last week or so. Well, one reason was the very late arrival of my new granddaughter Grace, the other reason was that I was preparing like mad for my first two day gift fair. I blame my dear friends who had booked their stall there, for talking me into that and turning me into a zombie, working til midnight and longer every night to get stuff made, giftpacked etc etc, you know the kind of thing, all at pretty short notice really. Despite the horrendous weather on the coast here, galeforce winds and rain, some people actually braved the elements and came out to the event, so it wasn't as bad as I had feared it might be. Made back the table fees for the two days, covered the costs of the products etc and made a fair profit. Best of all though, it was a great confidence booster, and encouraged me to perhaps do a few more in the future.

Yay!!!!  'bout time you came out Mrs  Smiley

Well done you and the best thing is that it has boosted your confidence - maybe drag that JJ with you on the next one eh?  I am so pleased for you and I guess the more you do, the better you will get at preparing for it.

Great stuff LLL, well done!!!   :buttrf:
