I'm buzzing a bit at the moment.  Just got back from my first fair.  Started at 9 oclock and up to 10.30 it was quite quiet and I'd only sold 2 soaps.  But it really picked up by the end and I made a nice (gross) profit, helped by a 3 for £10 offer!  I was pleasantly surprised and am raring to go next month now!!

Photos when I've downloaded them!

Well done. I remember my first fair when I sold nothing for well  over an hour - I was so upset, but it did pick up and now i just accept that these things take a wee while to warm up.

Fantastic on making a profit and now your first fair is over, you'll be rfaring to go for your next ones.

Looking forward to the pics  :buttrf:

Ok I shall try to post pics

Flash didn't go off!!

I think it looks a bit crammed, too much on the table and I need a bit of height next time.

A nice display of soaps.

You're right in thinking height variation would help - but don't set out much less as a full stall looks more inviting.

Yes, I could have thought about the display a bit more, but I'll know for next time.

All kinds of ideas going round now, definitely gift sets next time.
