HP Soap is NOT rough and soft!

« on: October 28, 2009, 04:08:19 PM »

Have a Corn Dolly Workshop in a small village up in the hills tonight - the organiser said "Bring some of your lovely soaps and stuff to sell as well".

Don't now how much time there'll be for selling though.

Best of  luck with it Elaine!

Your products might sell really well...they look so lovely always.  But even if not, you'll be spreading the word around.
Might be worth putting a few business cards/order forms out - but you probably thought of that already! Smiley

Thanks people.

I'm not taking a stallful of stuff (wouldn'tget it set up in the time) but I'll take a box or two and business cards (don't have any order forms set up ATM).

Well it took longer than was expected as there was quite a few extra bodies from those who had said they were coming - about 20 total and all except 2 had problems keeping their fingers under control - as well as the straw (so I was kept busy going round) but no-one was inclined to finish once they got going!

Still - sold a few soaps and most of them took a card.

I told them not to order online but to send me an email re what they wanted - then they could collect from Jones' tyre place (some of them were his customers anyway) - couldn't see the point of them paying postage if they go into Ruthin regularly.

The organiser has a stall at the produce mart so she may tell them to come and buy.
