My SIL just bought me this, a surprise gift and very kind gesture, so I enjoy some reading while foot recovers.

Trouble is I have it already! And I want to keep my copy due to post-its stuck and notes scribbled all over.

If anyone would like to have it (it's a really good book, perhaps a bit old fashioned but certainly complete, with great blends and resources like quick reference tables for EO therapeutic qualities, how to use EOs for cleaning and even with pets, you can 'see inside' on Amazon), I'm happy to trade for ingredients for around same value.

Ingredients I'd be interest in are fruit powders or micas/pearl colours that can be used on lip balms.

Andy I hope the foot is recovering nicely.  I'm just here to second what an amazing book that is for anyone interested in learning a bit more about essential oils.
