Great to meet you. I am increasingly obsessed with soaping. I have graduated over the past year from melt and pour to slow-cooker hot process, to small batches of cold process, and now to larger batches (eg 2kg). I left my job as a production journalist a couple of weeks ago and hope to eke out a living selling soaps and stuff at London markets and online, supplemented by freelancing at what I used to do. I have an online store selling bath and body stuff as well as crafts and t shirts, all designed by me. I won't link at this stage as I don't want to spam. We are on ebay but not etsy.

I have been making bath and body formulations for personal use and experimenting with essential oils for 20 years. I am currently taking a distance learning aromatherapy diploma.

I am also a member of the dish forum, but most of the members are in the US. They are lovely but it is frustrating when they talk about products we either can't get at all in the UK or that would entail spending a fortune on shipping.
