Hello

I'm completely new to the forum but very pleased to find somewhere that seems so friendly and supportive  Smiley

I make goats milk soap using milk from my own goats. Have been very pleased with the soaps so far but hope to extend into other cosmetics too (when I feel brave enough!!)

speak to you all soon

Hello  Hi!  Those soaps are pretty!  I'm trying to find a local farm here that can sell me goats milk for my soaps but so far I'm at a loss.  Sad I bet your soaps feel great to use!  Do you have many goats?   Grin

Thank you everyone for your lovely welcomes and comments about my turkish delight soap!
Currently we ahve 3 goats. I am only milking the one but as fo the autumn the little white one from my pic will be going to visit a billy so that we can keep the milk supply going - 3 of my 4 human kids are cows milk intollerant so goats milk is really a way of life for us now!! they also suffer with sensitive skin so this soap has been a godsend.
Elaine - I'm just starting to research other goats milk based bits like shampoo, hand cream and so on but hitting brick walls! ie. don't know where to start. the lovely man who does my chemical assessments has said about using a bought in base but I'd like to be able to use my own goats milk  Undecided

good to meet you all  Smiley

Hello and welcome!  Hi!

It looks and sounds great having your own goats. The soap looks fantastic, so white and one thinks it's creamy too. My grandchild would also love that one, anything pink. Do you add any scents to them?
