It's 2 months since my last fair, but I'm off again tomorrow. Well actually I'm trying something new and going into a workplace. It's a massive call centre and head office in one, so plenty of footfall, so we'll see how we go. Had a manically busy couple of days making stock, rebranding labels, checking I've got everything I need blah blah. Anyhow, early start, so I'll catch up with you all tomorrow eve and let you know how it goes. Oh and I'm trying a cakestand I borrowed for my display (not practiced tho, hmm), so we'll see how that looks. Nite xx

Good luck NTB!!

I work in a massive office with hundreds of people but hardly anyone knows what I do! It's harder for a man, I think.

Good luck.  I am sure it will go really well for you.

I have had a look at the revamped website too.  It looks great.

I was wondering whether you had a card machine to take, or was everyone paying in cash. Myself and Joy nearly did a workplace last year (we didnt end up doing it) and I wondered whether people may not have had cash on them. Just seen your other thread and it looks like you did really really well  :buttrf:

Hi Sue, it's got to be worth a go. I'm delighted with how well it went. There was a cash machine on site, so no probs just taking cash and cheques, although I did have some near misses with nearly running out of change (never come near before) cos people kept giving me £20 notes fresh from the ATM! It was £50 for the stall which is the most I've paid but it was a big venue.
