Thanks for accommodating this, Kevin. I will take 4oz @ $75.

Eire
Edited to add: I'll take the strawberry pop in with that (7 pack), don't see the price. So just let me know. Thanks.

Where are we with this.. is it still a goer? For those who don't want the strawberry, I could take a little more after fact and use it in creams/balms etc.  But I can work that out with you Kevin, seperately.

Oh just seen this, next time your going to order Kevin, give me a shout and i'll join in if thats o.k.

I bought some of the pop micas last year, i've only ever used them in melt and pour soap, but there great. There so versitile, depending on what base you use and how much you use.  I even made a loaf using every single mica, in a chunk soap loaf with a white overpour, scented in jellybeans. All the kids love it.

OK, so I've finally got the shipping quote back from TKB and the cost is as follows (approx conversion used):

Total cost       £218.00
VAT          £38.15
Shipping      £79.00
Equipment       £5.00
Total          £340.15

Total units      128
Cost per unit   £2.66

A unit is 1oz of colour. So, if you want 7 colours x 1oz it's 7 x £2.66 = £18.61

7 colours would usually cost you $36, so that's about £24.00. About 25% saving.

The £5.00 I've included is for little baggies and dust mask for when I'm packaging them. I hope that's ok.

All prices quoted are provisional. Obviosuly I don't know what exact customs etc. will be but as soon as the micas are in my posession I will be sending everyone a message with their final total.

Brilliant - they are actually not that expensive at all, considering we are getting 1oz per colour, rather than just a teaspoon.

Just one thing confuses me a bit....VAT ? They shouldn't be charging you VAT ? Or did you incorporate that in case HMR wants import tax ?
