simply cut the 5L container through the middle . drill hole in the bottom and you get two planters. I keep them strip linked for ease of moving
Wash out with soapy solution to remove content debris,.

Thanks Jim.  This would be a great way to contain herbs and grown in recycled materials (a definite plus).  Mind you, I'm no gardener (I try to be) but I've had some lavender that has lived for a mammoth 2 years now, grown from a cutting.  Quite an achievement for me  Cheesy

I have lots of 5ltr bottles so I'll be saving them up and will give it a try (is it spring I start planiting things, lol) Wink
