Hello Zoe,
Like Elaine said on another thread, the problem may be the sheer volume of identical monikers you have accumulated.

I noted that one of your accounts has never been active, so I deleted that to get us down to just the two.

For your previous active account, I changed the name to Zoe Previous.
I expect your pms could be there.

I will pm to your current Zoe Penny account, the login name for your Zoe Previous account.

Sorry, I couldn't come up with a more creative username to distinguish between the accounts.

also ladies, I am not often serious, but the off the cuff and meant with humour comment of split personalities has popped up twice now....without going into details, this issue does hit a personal nerve with a very close family relation...so please be mindful..thank u
