This is a new post from vlt70 (Vicki)!  Not a new intro from me in case you were wondering  Roll Eyes

Hi Vicki
Welcome, and I hope you enjoy it here

Hello All,

I'm Vicki from Birmingham. Am still trying to navigate myself around this forum (online stuff is not something I normally do or even have time for !! - or admit to knowing what to do ?). Am v busy Mum of 2 little girls of 4 and 1 and am just starting out selling some handmade soap. Have been dabbling for years but needed to have a little focus beyond childcare grind and so now it appears to have taken over my brain (what's left of it !) completely.

You all sound so very friendly  bunch so I thought I might post a message in case anyone can help me with a bit of a query I have regarding terms and conditions (not for distance selling) but for sale or return type arrangements and payments for direct selling to retail outlets. I have a few places interested in stocking my soaps, only small amounts as a taster initially and I have approached them on a sale or return basis but want to ensure that I have all potential 'issues' covered in some T & C's - wondered if anyone has any T & C's they are willing to share which may be appropriate or could direct me to any info which would be of use.

Thanks in advance   Smiley (and apologies if this bit of the message should be posted elsewhere - I will get up to speed when I know how  - that's  assuming I manage to post this message correctly !!!)

Hello Vicki!

Welcome.

There has been a thread on T&Cs - but you might not be able to see it until you've made more posts.

I'll see if I can find it.

Hi Vicki,

Glad you made it here.  It might be worth having a mooch through some of the threads (may take a while), often this helps to clarify loads and like EJ said, keep posting as more boards that you can't see at the moment will open up  Smiley

Anyway.... a big warm welcome from me  Grin

Welcome, my child...we have been expecting you *ominous music*

Ahem...there's plenty of information about, never fear, and everyone here is more than happy to share a bit of what works and (sadly) what doesn't.

Welcome!
