I have my very own craft party tonight with a card & gift wrap stall, cake stall, jewelery stall and of course me. I hoped to have a lady doing facials or manicures but she went away at the last minuet which is a shame.
I am not sure how many to expect I gave out 60 flyers to people. Did say RSVP but people do not seem to do that even for my Saskia's B/parties (so rude).
OH moved some of his upholstery in to the hall as an advert then I realised the vacuum is in the cupboard behind it all.
Shame none of you are closer to come.

Went well not as many as I would have liked but I sold a lot & my friends were amazed at the amount I now produce.
Had a lovely evening & even had a visit from my aunt & cousin. I have not seen them for about 5 years so that was nice.
Seems facial oils bath salts are the in thing at the moment sold at lot of them but only 3 bars of soap.
Have some pictures so when I get on my computer (I am on Saskia's & cannot get to a USB to plug the camera in) I will post them.
Will do another evening in the spring & hopefully get a lady in to do facials & manicures & make it a pamper night.

Well done CL, it's nerve wracking isn't it? Not only are your products on show but also your house! Good for you for doing it though.
That's a nice idea to have massage, nail bar etc, might pinch that  Wink
Would be nice to have a few rooms with different stalls/products.....I said I wouldn't do another one, but that sounds fun.

Thats brilliant! You do find people are surprised to find you do actually make products properly and in large amounts dont you? My family were all yeah yeah yeah when I started SoapyChica, but now they are being rather helpful and almost proud  :mwaha:

Yes it was the same for me. I think people expect a few manky looking soaps & a bottle of oil what a shock.
I am going to go on my computer tomorrow so I will post some pictures then.
If any of you girls have the room give it a go it not only helps you but also other people like you that are making things.
