Seems it's been a few days since your last introductory post, so I thought I'd oblige  Grin

I'm a complete newcomer to making soap and cosmetics, but as a (sub)urban hippy, it goes hand in hand with my sustainability drive and other eco credentials.
Why give my money to the eco-shops when I can make my stuff myself, like I do with bread and other baked goods?

I've made my own lipbalms in the past but want to step up this time and replace my H&B stuff with homemade products so I know exactly what's in everything.

The *ultimate* game plan is to use as many of my own homegrown or local herbs in my recipes and sell them, but for now I just want to have fun being creative.

I've spent the last couple of nights poring through the forums extensively (so feeling a bit zzzzz now.....!) but thought it was about time to jump on in.
I'm a certifiable forum junkie, so watch out!

Hello and welcome,

If you can't find the answer to a question/problem on the forum boards or in Resources just give a shout - one or more bods will probably have the answer.

Never a problem, unless I have to chase down the courier van when parcels have been collected  :mwaha:  :buttrf:

I always wondered how I could order something from H after 4pm and get it before 8am the next day. I half expected she lived down the road or something  :mwaha:
