I am just right now using your headache one. It takes away the headache then after half an hour the headache comes back. And I was thinking i need to get more of this.

I have tried the asthma one, it is good. You won't see the result instant, but def in a few days it did for me. And I took it through the mouth. Which reminds me i need that too.

My son uses the Asthma and it works within 10-15 minutes for him. He also uses it preventive morning and evening so he now have attacks very seldom. You may have to inhale several times before you notice any easing.

Iulia, I use the asthma one, it works in about 10-15 mins for me too. I use it mostly for when I am swimming, as the chlorine makes my breath short. I can swim like an olympian (in my wildest dreams!) when I use it Smiley Smiley

thanks Eva, you have just remined me to use the headache one, I am suffering very badly with them at the moment.
