Hello, my name is Ella, i have been making soap for 3 years, i also make alot more than soap, even to the point of making fudge! yes the edible sort, i also do storefront templates and websites too, i love making soap, and also love wax melts, i am getting my store ready for christmas, joined your forum as it be nice to have light chat inbetween orders. I have spent nearly 2 or more hours already here reading the recipes, and articles etc.

I have two websites and i have a third in my ideas list. - If you like to know more about me ask me a question.

I am more addicted to fragrance oils and moulds than i am in shoes.

Hello Ella - are you another Nightowl? (I think everone else has departed until morning).

I like fudge but haven't made any for ages though, also like making the Indian fudgy type sweets with curds and reduced milk.

I haven't put my soaps and infusions on site yet as I haven't had time to take all the photos.

(watchout I'm about to change my avatar pic!)

I'll watch out for the swaps.

Oh yes i am a nightowl, i hate mornings, especially mondays.

I got rid of Monday mornings by going part-timeafter we'd finished subsidising Child through Uni; working Tues, Wes, Thurs was great.

I retired fully three weeks ago so I'll have to be careful or I'll not know what day it is!!

Indian sweets, i would love to make some of the candies they make, i also make christmas truffles, so watch this space, as i am dieting so i cannot have none.

I bought some Indian sweets on the Curry Mile in Rusholme (Manchester) some of them are so sweet it's unbelievable; when I make them I reduce the amount of sugar syrup.

Isn't it difficult making fudge and dieting - or is the creating process more important to you?

In 3 yrs i have taken a lot of soap pictures, thing is when i say smile, they never do!

Have you put your websites URL in your profile (I haven't looked yet) and do put some in the members' gallery won't you.

Hi Ella,

A warm welcome from me too!  Thanks for joining us here.  My goodness, you are one a many talents.  We have another member here who makes choccies so now, well who need's Thorntons?  Grin

I've just published your weblink.  Aw, your site is soooo cute.  I love the colours and you do quite a range don't you (I especially like it when you politely ask L___ scouts to not copy you - It seems you may have had a bit of a bad experience or a close call Ella).

You do web design?  I'm sure there's going to be a question or two from some of us (me included).  I haven't been through the threads yet but Emma g has not long launched her site and welcomes some comments.

Well thank you for joining us and I hope you get lot's out of the discussions.  It's still in it's infancy but I find it amazing how far fresholi has come in such a very short space of time.  The site belong's to its members so all comments and suggestions are welcomed and I try to make changes wherever possible.  I also hope that Fresholi will be a great place for member's potential customers to come when looking for handmade products!   Wink  Grin

I'll have a look on there later!! I want some Triphala Shampoo - its a herb extract, a bit like Henna, but it doesn't colour the hair.

It does, however, make the ahir wonderful!! I bought a big bottle when i was in India last year, and i'm ekeing it out slowly...

I could do with some hair oil as well..i bought a great oil 'healthy hair' oil, its like a spray in dry oil and it has fennel and carrot and some other wild and wonderful oils in it and it does a fantastic job!

The gold sounds verrrry indulgent (although not particularly sustainable?),  ooh, you'd feel sooo very posh putting that on, lol.

Hey Fee, can you still read the ingredients lists on those products, might be worth putting it Between Friends?  Would love to know what's in it  : Wink

I'll have a look...
Don't know about the shampoo - don't know if there is an ingredients list on it. I know that there was one on the oil, but i'm not sure whether its readable anymore.
