I have recently made a rollerballer product and someone from the states is interested in purchasing, but I won't ship to the USA (I don't think with my safety assessments via Scott that it enables me to ship there, thought I could onlys ell in Europe), if you are a qualfied aromatherapy and do rollerballs can you PM me thanks

SA is European requirement. It's more of insurance issue than SA issue. Will you be covered by your insurance, most likely not unless you've taken specific insurance for States.
