I'm  having a problem attaching a photo for a soapy show off. Is there something else I should be doing ?

Did you make sure the size of attachment is no larger than 170KB?

its 2.7mb. not sure how i could change the size

go to your photo editing program and then to "resize" leave all settings the same and resize to 15cm wide for landscape or 11cm wide for vertical photos. Then save this as a seperate copy and it should be ok.
