Hi, sorry if this is a bit of a no brainer question but, a friend of mine is thinking of making candles to sell and we were wondering if there are any chemical or other check you need certificates for before you can sell them.
I'm just trying to get to grips with soap making and all requirements for selling.
Any advice, comments would be very welcome
Thanks :mwaha:

No there isn't.  Just make the warning label is on the bottom of the container but no regs like the ones we have to abide by.  I would advise testing, testing, testing though - so that your friend knows they are safe to sell.  Also remember insurance.
