thankyou all, i have hopefully successfully rebatched and poured into moulds so it will be easier to get out this time, i whisked it before pouring them in the moulds and its a bit like thick clotted cream slightly grainy soap. Its just for home so hope its ok, fingers crossed it might redeem itself and float in the bath!!!! Smiley  Don´t make it very often but this lovely board might inspire me to try colours and fragrances next time.
