He looks like he moves well! Backing and schooling him yourself must be very exciting and challenging! I love to see youngsters come on. One of my loan horses had only been backed 10 weeks when I got her and I had the time of my life schooling her. I hope it all goes good for you both.  Jealous  Smiley

Thank you Smiley it's been an amazing journey...made all the more enjoyable by the fact that he's been so easy to work with. I'm quietly excited by how well he's going. He doesn't have the typical short pony strides...he almost has a thoroughbred walk, and for a youngster his canter is very well balanced. He certainly keeps me busy x

Hi Beth,

Hope you enjoy this forum.

Lovely pony.  I used to have a 17.3 hand irish thoroughbred (ex-race horse).  He was a superb ride.  Miss him dearly  Embarrassed

bye 4 now,

Lulu

Hi Beth.

Welcome.  What a lovely pony. Want to swap for the cat that is biting my ankles?  I am sure that you will have lots of fun on here.

Lulu, he sounds lovely Smiley  Suzanne, unfortunately i already have a she-devil cat, plus an oldie that she-devil persecutes...because she can! Mindyou, after Luke's performance yesterday, he may well be free to any home very soon, silly boy!

Hi Beth and welcome.
PND, yip, I got the book and the T-shirt, it is NOT nice.  Soap making is a wonderful remedy though, keeps u sniffing the lovely aromas, and making your own body care has a definite feel good factor about it.  I have a 16 y.o and a 6 y.o, makes for good babysitters with a big age gap!
