Thanks ladies for all the hello's!

I'm too scared for the CP stuff but a girl in work makes it and assures me I'll be making it soon too!

I'm utterly mad into this stuff and it's only been a few weeks (that's me all over though!).  I'm a natural researcher and have read almost everything I can find about M&P, fragrancing, adding oils and butters, moulding etc etc etc and, in theory, I know it all.  Funny how when it comes to practice, I'm not that hot! Oh well, I guess that's what newbies do!

I put in a mega order with The SK and the box was waiting for me last night when I got home - now the question is, what do I make first!!!

have a great day

hi all, joe soap here, been @ m&p since 2000,also do lots of skincare and bath products, we are back after a couple of years break and find that the legislation has kicked in here( we are based in Ireland, hello Honey) looking to get certified at reasonable cost but with so many products it's soap first. We use a lot of Organic base as it seems very popular but we've started getting pretty creative with clear base usig non bleed colours for lovely inserts and novelty soaps.
Hope to talk yo y'all over the coming months.

The EU Cosmetics Directive has been around since 1976.
There is loads of info on the forum and people are very knowledgeable so if there is anything you don't understand, give us a shout Smiley

Hey Joe - you should do an introductory thread and tell us a bit more about yourself... do you sell to the public and can we have pics? (pic crazy we are!).  Where do you source your supplies from (by that I mean anywhere in Ireland cos I've only found one supplier and they're prices are too high).
