Hi there Rosie,
i am also new, and liking this forum very much. I have been enjoying m+p for a while now and was too scared to make soap from scratch, but I have been lurking for a week or so on this board in order to find out more, and have finally made my first cold process soap ( although I seem to think croap would perhaps be a better description)! Now I am off to try and find out if I did it wrong......

Hi Rosie, welcome - you will not find a friendlier nor more helpful group of people than here. Just ask and someone can point you in the right direction. Just get some recipes and start making. Once you have though, you'll become addicted - and to this site! Group hug
