You can upload as attachments to posts from your hard drive - instructions here

http://www.forum.fresholi.co.uk/index.php/topic,2769.0.html

Or if the images are online somewhere you can display them in the body of a post - click on the Image icon on the reply page (underneath the U) and put the url of the image between the tags.

Mambers galleries are on the main site - you need to email pics to Helen along with any text you want included.

I use Photobucket... free site, you upload your pics on there and you can manipulate them (size, light, cropping, adding text etc).  Once you're done, put your cursor over the pic and 4 codes will appear underneather... pick the final one (that has at the end and copy the link and paste it here and, viola, you have pics!

hello all.  corrie my pics are on my pc and some on flickr...

in response to your question re the soap, it's name is 'cyclone'.  it is from my botanical range and has an essential oil blend of Juniper, Bergamot, Clary Sage, Petitgrain and Geranium.  It has a cologne like scent.

Also included was a chunk of unrefined organic shea butter from Fresholi!

Glad you like.

will put more up when i get the hang of it!...

help!
