Hi all,

I have been looking at incense cones and sticks as I would love to add them to my range. However, there are lots and lots of different techniques listed on the internet so I wondered if anyone has a tried and tested method??

I did a search and it seems Mai once wrote a tutorial for it but I've not been able to find it on the site at all.

Thanks,

OK, I've found the tutorial but have NO idea where I can get 'benzoin tincture' from?! Any ideas?!

I will be offering a sample to some guinea pigs once I figure it out Wink

Baldwins have it, or Neal's Yard - have you tried ebay or your local chemist (Tinct. Benz. BP).

Hmmm... That looks rather expensive! I think I will have to gve the DPG a try. Anyone know where I can get DPG at a reasonable price? I know SP do it but their dispatch time is awful at the moment and I'd rather have it sooner than later. There is some on eBay but I'd only like 500ml or so to try it out.

SP has DPG.  It is under home fragrancing.

Thanks suzanne. Like I said, SP's dispatch time is shocking at the moment and I don't really want to wait that long.

I need to get some DPG anyway, so if you wanted to get the stuff on ebay, you could take what you want from it, and I will pay you for the rest? Provided you have paypal....
