Does anyone make dog soap?  I am looking for someone to supply me on a wholesale basis, I will be wrapping and labelling the soap myself.

What is the difference?
I've always washed my dog in whatever's hanging about, and then given him a good rub with coconut oil afterwards (he particularly likes Dove soap...).

Would you be looking for bar soap or liquid soap?

I would think there's some difference between dog and human skin - but when I asked the vet (years ago) re shampooing my border collie he said to use any good shampoo or soap.

There are apparently Regs re petcare products but I don't know what they are.

There were no ingredients listed on the shampoos in the petshop when I looked the other day, although one had a warning that it was not to be used on puppies.

Apparently the soap you need for dogs has to be approved by a vets and can be costly/

We have a new member introduce herself this evening who makes products for Guinea Pigs (the real sort not the human lab rats  Smiley).  She earlier passed on some information which I have added to the legal issues board  Wink Smiley
