Hi

I have just got together the stuff to make my very first MP soap. I may need some hand holding/shoulders to cry on!

I have 5 sons - ages between 10 and 23, so "only" four at home, now.  Grin I've made my own lotions and potions for about a decade now after I had to figure out a non chemically cream for our excema. So I already have a cupboard full of base and essential oils, etc. I've kept thinking about trying soapmaking, and now with xmas coming and some stocking presents needed - took the plunge! One of my sons is Lego crazy and wanted some Lego shaped soap he saw at a craft fair in the summer. So one of the moulds I got was a Lego brick... (Well anything to encourage teenagers to wash, right? Grin)

I am a very crafty person - keen knitter, spinner and natural dyer and also do living history events, occasionally.

Looking forward to learning more from you all! This seems such a friendly, lovely site.

What a busy life you have and I doubt there's never a dull moment.  My son would like a lego soap too I think, it sounds perfect.

Welcome to the forum and I hope you find it useful and everyone is so lovely, I am sure you will make lots of new friends  :buttrf: :buttrf:

Hello, welcome to the forum - it's likely to be fairly quiet up to Christmas but you'll find quite q lot of info on the boards.

(there are a few spinners on here also)
