Title: Free samples without insurance!! Post by: umist on June 22, 2010, 08:51:47 PM There will be a craft show in my local library in just over a week. I have my HP assessment for my soaps but no insurance yet. Is it ok then just to hand out free samples with my business card until the next show comes around in approx a month's time in which time I would have then sorted out insurance. Any thoughts appreciated.

The reality is that you'd probably be absolutely fine, but if something were to happen your business would be over before it had begun. I personally would not risk it. Why don't you just get the insurance sorted now and then you can sleep easy.
