Hi fellow-soapers,

I found this forum via-via-via and am very pleased to become part of your community.

I make soap and anything else my fantasy comes up with. I love making bath bombs (although I am still struggling to get them out as a ball, instead of 1/2  ::)) and all kinds of soaps. I am also doing melt & pour projects with kids.

I hope I can learn from you and have a good contribution to the forum myself.

Lots of information here and on the main Fresholi site (and you'll be able to see even more when you've made more posts).

Some people have trouble with bath bombs and some don't, the only solution is to keep trying.

Ask as many questions as you want.

Sonja, I have to say, I have noticed some of your posts around the boards and your English is fantastic!!!  Have you lived in an English-speaking country because it is brilliant (and I am nosy  :mwaha:).

Hahaha, yes. I lived in England and South Africa years ago. Unfortunately I speak Dutch with an english accent.

I knew someone who went to Japan to teach English.  He spoke with a heavy Welsh accent.  He made me laugh before he went because he said (in his accent which made it funnier) "can you imagine....  all these Japanese kids going round speaking English with this accent?'  It still tickles me now  :mwaha:

Hahaha, yes I do know the SA accent. I can still spot if from a mile away :mwaha:

When I was there they thought I was Irish, but as I think that sounds really cute, I just took it as a compliment  ;D

Here I am often dubbed as Australian or New Zealander!  Like you I don't mind - I like all the children of the earth! ;D

But I do like it best when someone feigns surprise and says 'well I thought you were British, but now you mention it I can hear a just a trace of  SA in your  accent...' :hap2:
