Title: Coloured Pencils Post by: EJ on September 27, 2009, 10:18:31 AM Quoting from Wolfie
Quote Some years ago I discovered artists quality coloured pencils and they were exactly what I wanted. My work improved dramatically. I became a founder member of the UK Coloured Pecncil Society - and discovered some of the most amazing artwork I have seen. Child would have been interested in that society - through GCSE and A level she used coloured pencils extensively and had a GCSE A* for a work in coloured pencils although she did use various media for her A level projects (except for oils - she never took to those, preferring acrylics). She still has a very large box of coloured pencils which is used occasionally but she doesn't have much time for artwork these days. Sorry to hear your daughterhasn't the time for her art anymore - I know the feeling. But it's something she'll never lose and can return to if life allows!
