Title: SORRY!!!!! Post by: Helen on September 25, 2009, 10:07:10 PM Oh my goodness, that was absolutely awful. I am so sorry. There has been a major issue with the host, or rather the data centre. It wasn't just us, it probably affected thousands of businesses and site (one posted on the main host forum that they were losing £3000 per hour :o). I have to say though, they were clearly doing everthing in their power to get things back up again. It was MASSIVE. Very frustrating for me. No site, no forum, no emails nothing arghhh!!!!!
Sorry everyone. REALLY sorry but it was way out of our hands and even that of our hosts. I think it was one of those highly unusual problems. I can't believe that every single email I have probably been sent would have just bounced. Sorry. So, so, so sorry. |
