Title: Drymen? Post by: EJ on May 30, 2009, 09:39:31 PM Was it today?
Title: Re: Drymen? Post by: corrie on May 31, 2009, 08:55:48 AM It was! What a huge show! I expected a few stalls, there was easily over 100. Caurnie & Highland Fresh were there too and were on the main walkway, I, unfortunately was stuck somewhere in the middle of a field next to the sheep :-\
Still had an ok day, not one of the better ones, but I put it down to the pitch, the people who did find me were very complimentary and a few said they wished they had found me first. Got another lead for a gallery/shop in Garelochhead and gave out tonnes of sample soaps with biz card attatched ;) Did have to take some stuff off the stall coz it was so hot it was melting, imagine that in Scotland :mwaha: Here's the pics.. Title: Re: Drymen? Post by: EJ on May 31, 2009, 09:01:33 AM Got yourself known then Corrie.
Title: Re: Drymen? Post by: Helen on May 31, 2009, 07:47:30 PM Yeah... she's gettin' herself about ;) :mwaha:
C, your stall looks fab but I have to say you look different these days :mwaha: I love the way your present your products, you have such a flair for it don't you. I bet the kids were loving the sheep sheering :) Title: Re: Drymen? Post by: corrie on May 31, 2009, 08:00:15 PM I have to say you look different these days :mwaha: I didn't tell you John was 6 months preggers, it's due in August ;) I'm now swithering on whether to do a small fair I was invited to by a lady at Loch Fyne (which is next Sat and only £7.50 a table but will probably be well attended due to it's remote location) or in a fortnight there's Helensburgh Highland Games (£55 a stand but very close to home). Decisions, decisions... Title: Re: Drymen? Post by: Helen on May 31, 2009, 08:04:36 PM Congratulations John - must be getting all excited now then :mwaha:
Hmmm.... Sometimes these smaller events can be more profitable and enjoyable than the larger venues. I'm sure you'll make the right choice C ;) Title: Re: Drymen? Post by: Honey on May 31, 2009, 08:12:48 PM Would it be possible to do both? Might be worth it?
Title: Re: Drymen? Post by: corrie on May 31, 2009, 08:25:42 PM Doubt I have enough stock for both Honey, but must be busy in June as I've got 3 fairly big ones in July, lots of soap to make along with 60 full sized wedding favours.
H, here I am behind the stall ;D Title: Re: Drymen? Post by: Honey on May 31, 2009, 08:29:14 PM Waves hello!!!
Sounds like you're gonna be very busy over the next while! Title: Re: Drymen? Post by: Helen on May 31, 2009, 08:30:17 PM And you look right at home there C. I just noticed your stuffed Lomon, aw.... he's such a cutie and great for promotion :buttrf:
