Title: Hello from another soapaholic! Post by: lazyspice on May 09, 2009, 01:52:49 PM Hello, I followed a link from another forum a few days ago, have been quietly lurking and reading and I think I'm going to like it here :)
I got hooked on soaps a few years ago and have a stash that I'm trying to work my way through but it doesn't seem to be getting any smaller as I seem to buy as many as I use! ::) I jumped straight in at the deep end about a year ago and had a go at cold process soap - no disasters so far and I found it very therapeutic! Needless to say, within a couple of months I was drowning in the stuff and ended up giving most of it away to friends :mwaha: I also enjoy making my own bath bombs and scrubs - I like to know what's going into the things I use and I get to save money in the process! wellcome to the forum. I can understand the addiction. I have found out that since making soap, not only are we all squeaky clean, we also will never have to buy room freshener again, the curing soaps do have a double-funtion. I am still working on the cat though - he is not very co-operative when it comes to testing new soap and has been known to leave the house for a day while it is gelling. :mwaha: Title: Re: Hello from another soapaholic!
