Well !  Since absolutely Everyone is talking about this forum I thought I'd better come in and hang out with you guys.
For those who aren't cringing at the sight of my name I am that ageing soap diva who writes books and runs courses that teach you how to feed your soap addiction and hopefully make some money out of it.
I live in the Dordogne in South West France where I have suddenly found myself neck deep in the French soap scene - the talent here is astounding with all kinds of 'Bio' dedicated people and superb soap swirlers making their mark on what is a relatively new industry. (I note some of them got here before me - Hi Leanne !).d  For years the french have ferociously guarded their soap industry and considered it only for the 'big boys' but now the doors are open and the place is full of inspirational hopefuls.  Not sure if I can give you my website here so I won't but I think there is a feature somewhere on this site that I wrote ages ago about starting a soap business.  Boy this community has grown since then

No reason one should exclude the other - your website is great but if you are not doing as well as you should perhaps a leeeetle consultancy might be in order :-)  all the bones are there but you're staring at tricks that I suspect you are missing.

I learnt a lot, 1. Making soap is fun. 2. Making soap as a business is a ton of hard work and much much more!
Lots of information given and knowledge which was priceless! :) Well worth the price, if I was a newbie, I would so go on all of them!!
