Title: Hello from Norway :)
Post by: Ka-Ca on April 14, 2012, 11:52:53 AM
Hi all  :)
About time I introduce myself. I think I joined this board ages ago when it was fairly new and then I forgot all about it. Lately I have been coming back from time to time and found many interesting topics.

So to put a stop to my lurking here is a bit about myself.
I live on the south coast of Norway and make cp soaps, bathbombs etc. I have been doing this as a business (part time) since 2006. I love making cp soaps. I learn new stuff all the time and it is just a lot of fun. I also enjoy making other b&b products, but don't have enough time to try all the things I want to explore.

If you want to have a look at my website you will find it here: www.sapeloftet.no and my facebook page is www.facebook.com/sapeloftet. Very happy for any new likes :)
Some of you may know me from the dish (us forum).

Hope to join the discussion and participate on the forum.
Kari Anne  :buttrf:

Hi There!!!  :hi:

Your soaps look fabulous - the Tornerose and the kook Kiln?? (dont know if I spelt that correctly!!) are really beautiful. They all are - I just really like the colours in those ones. Also your salt and pepper one looks wonderful. Glad you are here on the forum. Welcome, and enjoy.  :-* :buttrf:

Hi Kari Anne! Another Swede here.

Where do you buy your supplies from? If there's any Norwegian webshops, please tell.

Sorry Vaxet, I buy my supplies mainly from the UK. We do have sunvita.no, but I find them mostly too expensive for my needs. They do have a bulk pricelist, but you have to send them a mail and ask for it.

I'm a small scaler so I don't need bulk pricelists. Ordering from Norweig should be expensive for us, I guess, but I'll throw a glance - thanks!

Hi Kari-Anne
Good to see you here.  How are you doing ?

Thanks Melinda. Good to see you too :)
I'm doing fine, thank you. Business is growing steadily. I really enjoyed your course in France and would recommend it to anyone who wants a hands on soapmaking experience in the beautiful French countryside.

Thats what we like to hear Kari-Anne - you must send me your story on how you have grown the business so I can put it on our website.
