Title: Hello from Derbyshire
Post by: Nell on April 05, 2012, 02:41:55 PM
Hi, I signed up a while ago but have only lurked so far.
I am currently retraining due to illness stopping me going forward with my prior field of work.
I am training in Phytotherapy, massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, botany and horticulture.
Most of these are diplomas but the phyto is a BSc.
It takes up most of my time but I am loving it.
I plan to make as much use of the plants I grow in as many ways as possible.
anyhoo, Hello everyone  :)

Hello Nell, welcome to the forum.

What a massive list of study, no wonder it takes up most of your time!!

fortunately the nature of the diplomas and them being distance learning (in part) is that they have no deadlines so I can pick up a thread of one and carry on where I left off.
It's taken around 2 years so far and I have completed three.

Thank you.
My given name is Helen, however, lots of people call me Nell. I am named after my great granny, Nell Bladen.

Funny how Helens get other names.  I was always called Ellie at school and college (and also by anyone who was from Scotland when I was younger for some reason).  It seemed to vanish a year or so after college.
