Title: Cake making/selling legislation Post by: goatysoap on January 18, 2012, 10:21:35 AM Not for me but a friend :) Am I right in thinking that you would need a food hygiene certificate, insurance and to notify TS if you were about to make cakes and sell them (even if only to family and friends but still taking a small profit) or are their different rules in that case?
I think after all the paperwork, checks, insurance, assessments etc I happily underwent to sell CP and other bath bits I find it boggling that other people don't need to do as much to sell stuff...or do they?!
