My names Ameela and I spent most my life in London but Ive been living in Bradford for few years now and I love it!  If anyone comes to Bradford you must try Mumtaz...the most L___ restaurant  and wicked food!!

Kinda got into a everything has to be natural phase at the moment, Ive been mixing my own facial oils and bath oils and its fun. But Im thinking maybe I should expand into creams and body butters!

And I am just looking forward to having a good look on the site!
Been looking at some of the recipes and they look great, cant wait to try them ;D

I'm a London girl, live in Brighton now, there are so many restaurants here & I have load of fav's.  Never been to Bradford, my geography is rubbish, I'll have to tiptoe over to my map of Britain  :mwaha:

I'm trying to remember the name of the place in Bradford with all the fabulous fabrics - a friend took me there and I came out with an armful!

Elaine, think the place you may be thinking about is Bombay Stores, great shop, loads of choice and quality fabrics. Another great place is White Abbey Road, kinda like Green Street in London but dare I say maybe better than Green Street.
Bradford is the place to be if you like fabrics, and as I studied fashion design I love sewing and could spend a whole day just going round the fabric stores!
Hi Karen, its West Yorkshire, next to Leeds  :) I have very fond memories of Brighton we used to go on sunny weekends.

Where are you now, Karen? Where did you live in Essex? I was near Maldon and went to school in Colchester.

I left Essex in 1986, parents moved around a lot and I am now hobnobbing with the horsey lot in Epsom. Actually no, I just live in Epsom and have never been to the Derby! I've been to the Royal suite at the Racecourse and it's not actually that grand. Food's a bit disappointing too but maybe it's because we weren't Royalty.

No Sarah its great to get to know everyone! Ive been waiting in all day for a gas engineer to mend the boiler and Im still waiting, but its give me a good chance to go through the site  ;D Even if we're all freezing with no hot water....lol.

Funny Karen said it was sunny in Brighton, we have snow here!

Oh no..poor you - hope the engineer has now arrived - boilers have a habit of breaking down at the most inconvient time!

Just a quickie response to Sarah - I still live in Essex, a village just outside of Chelmsford.  I confess not to having an Essex accent but can hear it in my six year old daughter!! Was originally from Derby but moved to Wales when still young - have been to the Chepstow Grand National but not as posh as the Epsom!  :)

Karen, I know Chelmsford a bit - not too far from where we were and we visited regularly. Probably changed quite a bit now - they built that docking great bypass after we left!!
Epsom is not posh anymore - full of chavs now! Not talking about me, of course.
