Title: Hello!!! Post by: LouiseT on March 09, 2011, 09:00:56 AM Hello, i´ve been pointed this way by the lovely rens-hen. I dabble in soap at at the moment have only made plain nude soap not ventured into the lovely smellies yet! Only made a few batches in the last few years for my own family, as we are running low yesterday i made another batch but its gone crumbly,so guess i will be asking lots of questions!!!!
I´m nearly 40 live in Denmark, married with 4 lovely children and love making things myself. Looking forward to meeting you and finding more out about soap! Title: Re: Hello!!! Post by: Eire on March 09, 2011, 09:04:00 AM Hi Louise. :hi:

Title: Re: Hello!!! Post by: Michelle on March 09, 2011, 11:31:37 AM Hi Louise, welcome. Itsa lovely friendly forum here we are always asking each other questions nad getting loads of help and guidance from each other.
Dont worry about putting up pics of what you think are mistakes as it can help all of us see what can happen, especially if you rebatch and then it turns out fine. Title: Re: Hello!!! Post by: EJ on March 09, 2011, 11:44:48 AM Hello Louise,
When you've had a good look through the forum you'll find that there's loads of info - and probably be tempted into making other stuff as well as soap. Title: Re: Hello!!! Post by: Alphya on March 09, 2011, 11:45:31 AM Hello! Welcome to the forums. You'll love it here :buttrf:

A very warm welcome :) I hope you find it useful and enjoyable here. Keep posting because the more you post, the more boards will open up for you. :buttrf: :buttrf: Title: Re: Hello!!! Post by: LouiseT on March 09, 2011, 03:04:54 PM thankyou all, i have hopefully successfully rebatched and poured into moulds so it will be easier to get out this time, i whisked it before pouring them in the moulds and its a bit like thick clotted cream slightly grainy soap. Its just for home so hope its ok, fingers crossed it might redeem itself and float in the bath!!!! :) Don´t make it very often but this lovely board might inspire me to try colours and fragrances next time.
