Title: Candle FO's Post by: Alphya on January 31, 2011, 02:25:05 AM Can't find any info on this, but can we use American FO's over here for candles? A lot of SP fragrances can be used in candles, and some of the US ones sound lovely. Are we limited from a selling point?

As you don't put the candles on the skin, the rules don't apply.
