Richard - thank you so much for taking the time to give a detailed answer.  I was thinking that perhaps they might start doing 'knock down' prices nearer the show date but I think I am being unrealistic.

I think this type of show is on my aspiration list - need to get some serious cashflow first!

I'm glad richard has clarified better than i was going to bearing in mind i have never exhibited myself but i also notice there were a few from on here  at the last one and they were not in the market place.
