Well that was something of a washout - didn't make enough profit to cover the table costs!

Not the organisers' faults - one feature and 2 adverts in local paper, entered on various crafte events websites and 300 fliers plus posters.

Stall pic not so good 'cos I was in front of a window (lots of windows anyway). But it looks a suitable setup for a country market.

Sorry it wasn't profitable Elaine Sad
Maybe it's a bit early in the year? Was there just a general lack of people milling around? What were the other stalls like?
Your stall looks great, a good mix of products on there, what's in the sacks?
Hope you're enjoying a wee tipple now.

The stall looks amazing EJ!  I love those sacks of salts (?).  What a shame that the turn out was poor.  Still, you have some stuff left over for the next one EJ  Smiley

It looks so professional and yet country-ish EJ , the sacks and egg boxes are a gorgeous touch. Are those your bowls as well I can see-fantastic. Wish more people had turned up for you though . I would have if i lived there

Thanks for the compliments.

The sacks are covers for 2.5ltr tubs of bath salts - yes Sue, felt bowls with Woodland or Lavender Rose potpourri. I'm going to carry on with the eggs through the summer ('cos I like the boxes!).

There just weren't the bodies through the doors (Wales at home in the 6 Nations and on TV this afternoon and perhaps the gardening was beckoning).

Still as said, not so much to make for the Ruthin mart next month.

Khayyam fragrance - I sold all of two 130g soaps, box of eggs and 2 buttercream melts in Khayyam and a box of eggs in Nos Da.

No feltbowls and no Corn Dollies (mind you I didn't expect Corn Dollies to sell).

Plenty of people oohed and ahhed over the salts but nobody bought any (perhaps I should have had a few bagged up).
