is there a possibility of  transcripts or minutes? or we would have to wait for the publication of the 'book'.

Honestly no idea; I would hope there might be minutes knocking about somewhere but where and how to get ahold of them, I'm not quite sure.  Irritating...big corps making decisions to affect everyone but the small time business person doesn't get the details?!  Hence I'm hoping there might be a way to hammer out a presence.
