If 10 people want to swap say for example haircare products - you make 9 of the same product and send them to the central person with some money to cover postage back to you - when the central person has received all 9 participants products then they will all be boxed up and sent back to the participants - when you open your box you will have 9 different items of haircare products - HAPPY DAYZ Grin Or if it is soap then you will receive 9 bars of different soap from various people - it is alot of fun!

Just out of interest, could you send X amount of any product (like some send bath bombs, some send creams etc....) or does it have to be one thing.  I know, dah....  but I was thinking, wouldn't it good to have an assortment of stuff.  Or is that what you were planning?   :mwaha:

Just remember the postage - you pay twice and unless each person sends the same weight the stamps/payment received by the organiser won't tally when they're all being sent back out.

I wash just thinking - 10 x £5 (retail value of product) £50 - postage etc

maybe not such a good idea - good in theory though:)

we are not talking about the retail value of the items!! only the postage costs! - it won't cost you £50 to send 10 bottles

well depends what you want to get out of it....some dosh or lots of fun trying lots of fab things!! I personally am not the materialistic type :mwaha:
Have checked the post office website and you can send a parcel by standard parcel rate weight no more than 2kg for £4.20 - so I reckon the we may be able to do it for that? Depends how many people are interested!

;)Great idea in theory - but have to put business hat on - sorry count me out - good luck with it all - hope it doesn't cost you too much to distribute as Helen so wisely suggests.

Right then - If  anyone is interested just say so on this thread by 2 weeks today (12th Aug) I will then PM all those who are interested with my address and the number of items for you to make and the date in which they need to be posted by with the postage amount - and then sit back and wait!!! I think it would be fun to make your favourite product for everyone - I think we would then get a real variety of products Grin Does everyone think this is ok?
