feeling loads better.... and truffled ...I ate the lot  Grin

Now loads better.....woopee (shoulder that is).  Now have full use of the ex damaged one, which is loads better & better than b4 - see they can build a bionic women  Muttley  Naaa not that grand just a bit of knitting here & their.

oh poor you LuLu, rest and take advantage of it, get lot..s of help..are you giving up for good?  please dont! get better ok! joining the list. I have a back disese so I know wat it feels like...ouch! but it will get better..
