Hello,

I stumbled upon this forum quite recently infact 2hrs ago and plucked up the courage to join.

Although I have only made a couple of bars of soap so far from a kit I think that I can get alot of inspiration from  this site although it is only a hobby for me and I am not looking to sell, which is far too complicated a matter.

I have a couple of soap making books which explains melt & pour (this is the kit I have), & Cold Press.  I must say that all of the soaps I have seen on here regardless of the method used are incredible. Maybe one day I may acheive something remotely similar (in my dreams).

Anyway thats all for now and I wish all you good and creative people a good soapy dreamy night  Grin

Ta, ta,

Carol

Hi Carol,

A very warm welcome to the forum.  It is lovely that you have joined us.  I'm not a soaper myself but love to rub shoulders with the wonderful creative people who do and delight in their gorgeous pics (we like pics  Wink).

There are also lotiony, potiony and bath and body care discussions here which I find incredibly interesting and highly inspirational.  We also have boards for other crafts too.

I do hope you enjoy it here and I look forward to chatting more with you around the boards  Smiley

Hi Carol  Welcome to the forum! Don't think you won't be able to make beautiful soap yourself, we all started at the bottom! I started with an M&P kit earlier this year and have now done both HP & CP and enjoyed it thoroughly. just be careful - it gets addictive very very quickly!  butterflies
