You dont really want a basement, its just an excuse to keep loads of old **** that you should have binned years ago! I know coz our impending move has made me look down there and am shocked at the rubbish we are holding on to

That sound like my loft.  I'm in a bungalow and the loft space is very (or should I say 'too') accessible, and guess what?  We are up for sale and that (she raises her eyes to the ceiling) is no exciting prospect  Undecided
