Gosh, its a small world isn't it?  We have been several times but haven't been since having the kids.  I would love to take them there and have looked at the resorts (cos its all gotta be planned when you have them hasn't it  Undecided) and it is going to be way more expensive than our impromptu road trips - Eek!  Still, I want them to experience that talcum powder sand and bathwater sea  butterflies

Would you believe Red, we drove from Spartenburg in S Carolina to Chicago in a single day!  I cannot imagine my kids tolerating more than 4 hours in the car - a trip like that would only lead to mental punishment of Kes and myself.  Can you imagine how many times you'd hear 'are we there yet?' on that road trip?   Argh!   Muttley  How lucky you are to be so close and also, you have that beautiful scenery around you.   Smiley
