Hi Samantha

I normally upload my pics to Photobucket (free site).  Crop and resize as necessary (medium is the best size for here) and then copy the IMG code into my post (run your cursor over the pic and below it will appear 4 boxes of code - pick the final one that has the code after the link).  I find that the easiest way.  HTH
