I'm using the prototype cutter John made, needs a bit of work yet but will cut any size bar from a few millimetres to inches. Will also split large batches into logs. The bar in the middle moves, the cutting wire is fixed so you just adjust it to whatever size you want.
These bars are all cut at 3cm....with NO wonky lines  Happy Bounce

He's a clever lad! Is there a tension screw to tighten the wire/blade?

Not yet EJ, that's the bit that needs work, it's ok but overtime I'm sure it would slacken. He is geting a guitar string tightener to do the job and will swap the "bridge" for a metal one to make it more sturdy.

 Shocked Shocked That's cutter p%rn!

An excellent job and I believe it's unlike anything I've seen elsewhere. Certainly never seen one that adjustable.

Tell him he should make them to sell, he'd make a fortune!

I'm literally using mine now! Very chunky to insulate the soap, and definitely built to last.

I'm guessing minty or citrusy - only based on colour mind!

He does have it bad doesn't he?!  Muttley

olive, coconut, sunflower (10%) and shea (10%) -  coloured with a bit of chromium oxide and some spirulina, fragranced with lemon and basil organic EO's - HP as you can probably tell by the texture. We've been soaping all day !

Honey - I'm from the North -  It could have been an experimental mushy pea soap (which is what it reminds me of at the moment - good guess though - you know your soaps.
