I understand it somewhat but how is it organized?
There was a big swap/giveaway I read here on a thread but I couldn't figure out (or find more info) how it is done.

Any enlightenment in my direction is very appreciated (remember I'm a Swede).  Smiley

There are two sorts of Swap Eva.

One is a straight swap between two people where each has something the other would like.

Then there's a "Swoap" (originally a Soap Swap).

This is where a group of people make something then each person sends out a sample to each one of the others. This may have a theme or may be general (the Birthday Swoap is general and includes the option of making a craft item).

The next Swoap will be for Hallowe'en and this will have a Hallowe'en/Autumn Equinox theme.
